Important Dates

This school year

August 20, 2025 - School starts!
Jan 2026 - Hand off ice cream sales to 5th grade
November 17-21, 2025 - Conference Movies (fundraiser)
March 2026 - 6th grade camp (details TBD)
June 3, 2026 - Graduation ceremony!
June 4, 2026 - Last day of school

We are looking for additional volunteers, especially someone to join the 6th grade fundraising committee.

CIMI Camp

Spring 2026

Cost due per student: TBD (last year was ~$600, and then reduced by the Axxess and Great Western Reserve fundraising - get your actual balance from the office)

Pay for camp:

Pay online via Cheddar Up (fees apply)
Bring cash or check to the office

Chaperones: watch for a chaperone volunteer form from the school (some payment is also required as a chaperone)

Fundraisers

Starting in the spring of 2025, the class of 2026 took over the main fundraisers to start building up the funds for 6th grade camp, as well as graduation.

Ice cream sales (Fridays at school)
Conference movies (March 2025 and November 2026)
Optional bake sales and dinners (Fall festival, Science night)
