What are the W26 ASE schedule dates?

10 Weeks = 1.12.26 ~ Week of 3.16.26 (no class 1/19; 1/29; 2/13; 2/16)

• Mondays: 8 weeks - NO CLASS 1/19 or 2/16

• Tuesdays: 10 weeks

• Wednesdays: 10 weeks

• Thursdays: 9 weeks - NO CLASS 1/29

• Fridays: 9 weeks - NO CLASS 2/13

How do I register my child in a class?

• ***Schedule is dependent on vendors securing usage permits from GUSD***

Are scholarships available? How do I request one?

YES! 50% SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE FOR EVERY CLASS. Teachers/staff/families attending Kellogg are eligible for one (1) 50%

scholarship, per child, per session. Requests must be submitted to Principal Mowers for approval. Once approved, you pay the program

50% directly and the Kellogg PTA covers the balance! Review Kellogg’s Scholarship Policy here.

My student is in GUSD’s Aftercare. Can s/he participate in ASE?

Yes! Fill out this waiver form and email it to shelzer@gusd.us. All GUSD AfterCare students are walked back to Room 22 after ASE.

Is my child with an adult at all times?

Yes! All instructors pick-up enrolled students from their teacher (for kindergarten), and otherwise classes meet by the flagpole, and then instructors walk them to the assigned room. After class, students are released based on the enrollment information submitted at registration. An adult is required to sign-out students that are being picked-up.

How are ASE programs chosen?

All classes are run by GUSD-approved instructors who have been fingerprinted with the DOJ. If you have new ideas for classes text Jenny (via school directory) or email at
